- Disable historian script as that server doesn't seem to be running anymore
- Remove spot as Spotify is not available in the container, and room speakers don't seem to be a thing now
- Import from the github/hubot-scripts repo to resolve the long and deprecated warning (see IMPORTANT: No longer accepting new scripts to this package, create external packages instead github/hubot-scripts#1113)

- Use the hubot-xkcd npm package instead, added via `npm install --save` and external-scripts.json - Import all other referenced scripts by hand - See: github/hubot-scripts#1113
- Spotify is not available in the new omega-sentinel container.
