That's Deja Vu Sans Mono at the README preview |
Funny, theyare my favorite two fonts too :) |
Fantasque is awesome though it lacks some unicode goodness, so sometimes i switch back to Deja Vu. And I'm to lazy and busy to add missing symbols to Fantasque. Even cyrillics took more much effort to make it look nicely. |
Yes, especially when using Conceal in LaTeX or Markdown, the special characters in Fantasque are not looking too good, unfortunately. But I love the balance it strikes between "serious" and "whimsical" - with both Comic Sans and Monaco being too far on the whimsical side for my tastes. |
Definitely. May I ask you what symbols are you missing? Maybe sometime later I'll find time to finish my Fantasque-mod and it'll be pretty useful to have a list of unicode symbols to add. |
That would be quite fantastic. They are not missing, though, just incorrect sizing and spacing. I will try and find them when I get the time. |
That would probably be missing glyphs, that fallback to the default system font. |
Thanks man! I'm using Deja Vu Sans Mono too. I'll check the other one out. 👍 |
It looks nice.
