- Reworked RSL capacity support
- Capacity data is now part of RSL universes
- Capacity source is visible in the API + web UI (only if it is not an exact match)
- Improved capacity matching
- Closest match is now used
- Added limits for allowed time differences
- Added option to disable matching by train number only
- Added minimum capacity option
- Added support for capacity updates
- Added preliminary support for RiBasisFormation
- Added support for RabbitMQ streams
