Here is a short (hopefully it stays this way) list of websites known not to work properly using convergence.

Usually this is because their SSL webservers all have a different certificate, and are load-balanced. This means you are likely to get a different certificate than your notaries...

According to Moxie's speech at BlackHat 2011, citibank.com is supposedly broken, but seems fine now.
