This was intended to be fixed in #2806, but was only put in place for expired pages instead of all pages as intended.

https://github.com/mozilla-services/screenshots/blob/master/server/src/pages/shot/view.js#L94 got added in #2806 but if I'm reading it right it only shows up on expired pages. Let's make it show up on non-expired pages also.
