Backfill alt id for all SMILE research samples

David emailed back Jan 6th that they can provide a datadump given a list of igo sample ids.
IGO IDs shared with David on Jan 7.
IGO ID-ALT ID mappings shared by David on Jan 8
Followed up on Jan 24 with additional 5300 samples that are still missing their ALT ID data.

Next steps:

• write script that will backfill the additional properties with the alt id mappings.
• write script that will identify which research samples are still missing their respective alt id mappings
• share remaining samples that need mappings with David
