Description
Haiti are asking for the generated excel report to be prepend or append certain date format. This would mean we would be adding 2 new fields to the database, specifically DateFormat and DatePosition. This would potentially break other installations so we would have to write migration code to update the schema.
Also this is Haiti specific feature so we are only going to release it for Haiti for now.
