You need to create a new bot with botfather. Then turn off Group Privacy for the bot to allow posting to groups and add the bot to your Telegram group. Get the API Token to enter it in your Telegram Bee.
You also need to get the chat id of your group. Just add the bot @chatid_echo_bot to your group, it tells the chat id (try /start if it doesn't print the chat id right away).
Telegram only supports these html tags and will throw an error if you are trying to send any other one:
<a>, <b>, <strong>, <i> and <em>
