Add a separate build-tagged file for tinygo and not-tinygo (other). Stub functions not available in tinygo. Fixes build with: tinygo build -tags "tinygo purego" -target wasm -no-debug -opt=2 ./ Signed-off-by: Christian Stewart <christian@aperture.us>
