Remove unmaintained editors (#34)

* Create a history file for formerly recommended tools

* Remove Abriconite

The editor is unmaintained as of recently. The author suggests using
another editors. See brrd/abricotine#347.

* Remove Atom

The editor is archived and unmaintained.
