Meeting Notes:

Purpose:

• Decrease development time (like improving reusability, architecture etc.).
• Decrease adaptability time for new projects/challenges.
• Increase full stack development skill on mobile side (ios-android-server side dev.).

Participants:

• Reduced numbers from network of trust
• Experienced people
• iOS and Android only

Format of meetups:

• Agenda is known two ahead
• 15 min followup
• max 2 topics for meetup
• 30 min per topic
• 15 minutes of closure
• practical assignments

Schedule of meetups

• 2 weeks frequency
• Weekday - Default Wednesday
• Start from 9th of November
