Added feature to allow ignore switch to work across all sheets in a spreadsheet

example:
excel_cmp 1.xlsx 2.xlsx --ignore1 ::A --ignore2 ::A

ignores column A across all sheets in spreadsheets 1.xlsx and 2.xlsx
