Sequence:

1. Run the ESCAPE_holodec_Reconstruction_Prep_Script- Fill in the required 
fields before running the code
2. Run the ESCAPE_Reconstruction_bashScript - Change the location of the Flight
folder and folder for uploading files in Superior
3.run presubmission.sh in Superior

Pre-requisites:
1. Folder location to save the prep files
2. Folder location of the cfg file for the corresponding flights
3. Folder location of the flight holograms
4. Folder location of the convair nc files
