Reverting the
transactionchanges in https://github.com/nanocurrency/nano-node/pull/3130/files (was my fault) which reduces scope of thetransactionobject, but saving a few lines by passing thetransactiondirectly as argument to the*_clearfunctions instead. Needed in v21.3 if final votes is going into there.
