Deploy to production

Code can enter production once all changes for a release have been tested in the staging environment.

Steps

1. Find the drafted release in https://github.com/nationalarchives/ds-infrastructure-web/releases
2. Edit and publish the release
3. The deploy-production.yml GitHub workflow is run
