Description

On non-circular flicking when flick touch occurs really fast, in some circumstances panel isn't moved to the next or prev.

fast-flick

This is the side-effect of the #168.

Steps to check or reproduce

  • Create a non-circular flicking instance
  • Flick to the next panel fast (the point is: small dimension of touched area and touch is up at outside of the flick element)
