The first fully working version. Notable changes:

  • renamed the HDF5 JRCFIB2018F transforms to JRCFIB2018Fum to make it explicit they expect data in microns
  • added affine transforms to map between JRCFIB2018F (nm), JRCFIB2018Fraw (voxels) and JRCFIB2018Fum (microns)
