- Adds some small utility functions for string escaping
- Overall intended to make cypher generation safer and more flexible
- Required substantial changes to the unit test cypher just to account for all of that escaping
- (Apologies) but auto-formatting in my IDE (Vs Code) seems to have made some minor indenting changes in some places where it wasn't needed.
