Add parsing support for Cisco IOS
show vrrp briefandshow vrrp alloutput.Made a single template that can parse output from both legacy VRRPv2 and VRRPv3 with Address Families.
Since VRRPv3 does not support authentication, the optional authentication passphrase for VRRPv2 is ignored.
