Make -c optional: If -c is not set, look for
- ${XDG_CONFIG_HOME:-${HOME}/.config}/nextmn-srv6/config.yaml
- ${XDG_CONFIG_DIRS:-/etc/xdg}/nextmn-srv6/config.yaml
Document this behavior by referencing XDG Base Directory Specification
