- don't apply style "hyperlink" as it overrides existing styles - make vocabulary IRI a hyperlink in "Concept scheme" - use auto-row-height also for sheet "Concept scheme"
This new template version has the version ID "2025-02a". The tables are reduced to two rows. The first data row in each table is carefully formatted as blueprint for the other rows. The help and introduction are updated.

This PR adds
src/voc4cat/blank_043.xlsxThe formatting of the template was improved reflecting the improvement in auto-formatting and IRI representation.
The new template is structurally compatible with v0.4.3, This version has the identifier "2025-02a".
