Remove non-running job from job-grid on dashboard. #1583

On the dashboard, remove all jobs not currently running. The old history presents a confusing mix of red green and grey jobs.

In the interests of clarity, only display the jobs history for currently running jobs.

Also, since all jobs will be running, we can lose the "spinning" wheel graphic that doesn't seem to work reliably.
