Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Per instructions from the F5 Coveo team, we need to update the JSUI version used in the Coveo code to v2.10082 or later by June 1, 2023.

The coveo code is located in the repo here:
https://github.com/nginxinc/nginx-hugo-theme/blob/main/layouts/partials/scripts.html#L17

Describe the solution you'd like

We need to update the version of the Coveo Javascript Search framework to the latest supported version: https://docs.coveo.com/en/328/javascript-search-framework/javascript-search-framework-v2-2022-releases
