metadata is reparsed on every request to /list #33

kind of stupid, since the filemap is not updated...so no new files are ever parsed, not like their metadata is likely to change between requests,

nickdesaulniers pushed a commit that referenced this issue


          look up metadata once then start server Fixes #33
