This PR adds a
EncryptedAssertionstruct and the ability to decrypt it.It supports only a minimal set of encryption methods, which are:
http://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmlenc#rsa-oaep-mgf1phttp://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmlenc#aes128-cbchttp://www.w3.org/2009/xmlenc11#aes128-gcmIf other methods are needed later on, it should be easy to add them.
