Conditional apologies, I may not be able to make it tonight. I think #3401 can be removed from the agenda, that was discussed last week.

Would it be possible to join as an observer?

Most likely I won't be able to attend today.

As I mentioned I wasn't able to attend last week or this week (Uniode conf / TC - dueling TCs..).
• good discussion on #3401 last week - good discussion.
• @Fishrock123 I saw you removed the tag from #3460 - I'd like to at least get a sense if @orangemocha 's suggestion (of putting data files in well-known places) has traction in the CTC. But can discuss in a future week if that's better.

@jhamhader @whitlockjc I'll try to bring that up today. I.e. What do we do if others want to join in? Is that a thing we take requests for without extended reason? Could we just do it for the public part?

For the record, current observers:

  • @domenic: Chromium, Google, previously our V8 contact, WhatWG(?) and TC39 member
  • @mhdawson: Previous TSC member (prior to IBM + StrongLoop merge)
  • @srl295: Previous TSC member (prior to IBM + StrongLoop merge)
  • @mikeal: Node.js Foundation
  • Seth Tompson: V8 Project Manager

Sometimes we have other people too, usually form the Linux foundation. Though stuff will be different now that we have separate TSC and CTC meetings.

@nodejs/ctc Previously we'd mention nodejs/tsc but now we are to mention nodejs/ctc. Not confusing at all. Thanks!

DST: Ben Franklin's bad joke, implemented by those who didn't get it.

Above URLs are good or (a little shorter) time.is/0800PM_in_UTC
