  • Remove unnecessary paragraph explaining why Current and LTS have
    stability guarantees that master branch does not. (Leave material
    explaining what those stability guarantees are.)
  • Upgrade advisory and passive "Collaborators should take significant
    care" to more direct "Take significant care".
