Changes

• Disable uart stdio so pins 0 and 1 doesn't have the uart function set on them
• Set pin pull to down instead of up

Installation instructions

Hold down the BOOTSEL button and plug in the USB cable.
Copy the uf2 file to the USB drive that appears (RPI-RP2).
The device should reset when the firmware has been copied.
