Getting this output when running antidoted, we should investigate and fix this.

WARNING: Package "github.com/golang/protobuf/protoc-gen-go/generator" is deprecated.
	A future release of golang/protobuf will delete this package,
	which has long been excluded from the compatibility promise.

This was a dependency in grpc-gateway that was addressed in grpc-ecosystem/grpc-gateway#1260 - so I'll just upgrade to that version now.
