nre-learning/antidote-core#101 is using the more appropriate
lesson.meta.yaml, which is a convention we'll be using in syringe for other resources. This PR renames the lesson definitions accordingly.I also took the opportunity to move things around, into categorized subdirectories, and to name the lesson directories according to what they were instead of the lesson ID.
