'manylinux' Docker images are used to build Python extension modules compatible with many popular Linux distributions. This repository builds HDF5 and netCDF-c on top of the standard manylinux images, for using in building netcdf4-python.

This image was built on top of the https://github.com/h5py/hdf5-manylinux images.

Images are published on GitHub container registry:
