3. Flexible work policy

Until there is a consensus on it is safe to work from an office, we will be working fully remotely.

You can be based anywhere in Spain, but we will require you to travel to the office in Barcelona once per week. Also, every few weeks, you will be required to travel to Barcelona for up to 5 days to meet with the whole team.

We have flexible working hours to fit life around.

Team members that want to go to the office more than once per week are welcome too!
