This PR continues Reuben's work in #22, reopening due to push restrictions to his forked repo.
This PR allows us to visualize agent paths and conflicts from within the site editor. It depends on open-rmf/rmf_site#242, and allows GoToPlace robot tasks to be used to infer each agent's start and goal location. It can generate and visualize plans for single or multi agent path, with access to negotiation history and parameters to be adjusted at runtime.
Note: The PR includes an initial draft of a simulation widget UI but it has not been sufficiently fleshed out, and it would be ideal to pursue it in a separate PR with working sim.
