To exclude certain URLs from being tracked, set the environment variable
OTEL_PYTHON_{instrumentation}_EXCLUDED_URLS(orOTEL_PYTHON_EXCLUDED_URLSas fallback) with comma delimited regexes representing which URLs to exclude.
