Closes #1485

  • Removes MissingUniqueMoleculesError which should have always been a TypeError
    • Ensured this case is not handled in MissingUniqueMoleculesError (not that it could be)
  • Tag issue being addressed
  • Add tests
  • Update docstrings/documentation, if applicable
  • Lint codebase
  • Update changelog
