This pull request addresses the issues of RA-1714:Primary Diagnosis not being showed in the Encounter details , which are part of the affected Version tag 1.28.0 openmrs-module-emrapi.
Description:
Created EmrDiagnosisDAO to fetch core diagnosis entities using HQL query.
Created EmrVisitServiceImpl2_2 that uses new EmrDiagnosisDAO and extends previously existing EmrVisitServiceImpl.
EmrVisitServiceImpl2_2 supports both legacy diagnosis obs and new diagnosis entities based on emrapi.useLegacyDiagnosisService global property configuration.
