Request for FIEF Stronghold Access

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently subscribed to the FIEF Stronghold service at the monthly rate of $5 with the goal of accessing theme customization and the container’s private image. However, after receiving the payment confirmation, I did not receive any instructions or credentials to access these features.

Assuming the issue might be related to the support level, I subscribed again using the same email address(reinaldo@nevoasolutions.com.br), this time for the Baron support level. Unfortunately, I have still not received any credentials or documentation that would allow me to use the container image or related features.

I kindly request your urgent assistance in providing the necessary information or documentation so I can fully utilize the service. Thank you in advance for your help, and I look forward to your prompt response.
