Build failed due to gcc errors

Hello,
I recently installed py-env from github and (hopefully) followed the instructions to configure it correctly. But I'm getting the following error when I try to install a new python version:

Could you please suggest what's going wrong here? I'm using gcc v9 with Ubuntu 20.04.
