Here, the command is:

pip install scipy-0.16.1-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl

We shouldn't consider this .whl as a package.

Please fix it.
Also, in the real-examples.yaml file, add a comment to the link https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26575587 that includes .whl file.
