Refering to #250, this introduces the support of a priori, user-provided feature regions:

  1. Provision via --regions <file> either in GFF3 or GenBank file format.
  2. Currently, only CDS features are supported.
  3. User-provided CDSregions supersede de novo-predicted CDS.
  4. User-provided CDSregions are subject to the regular internal functional annotation process. Complementary functional information can be provided as user-proteins via --proteins <file>.
  5. A maximum overlap with de novo-predicted CDS of 30 bps is allowed. This might be subject to future changes.
