Refering to #250, this introduces the support of a priori, user-provided feature regions:
--regions <file>either in GFF3 or GenBank file format.CDSfeatures are supported.CDSregions supersede de novo-predictedCDS.CDSregions are subject to the regular internal functional annotation process. Complementary functional information can be provided as user-proteins via--proteins <file>.CDSof 30 bps is allowed. This might be subject to future changes.
