Increase the rank of user-provided proteins to 101, so that they have higher ranks than user-provided HMMs, which in turn are ranked 100, thus higher than all non-user-provided annotation sources.

As suggested/requested in #309, Bakta now accepts trusted user-provided HMMs which are used as an additional expert system besides trusted user-provided proteins.
A new
--hmmsparameter was introduced accepting HMMs in text format.Now, user-provided proteins are ranked
101and HMM hits are ranked100. Thus, both user-provided annotation sources are ranked above all other internal annotation sources.
