ИмяФайлаЗапуска = КомандаПриложения.ЗначениеОпции("name");

Пытаемся получить значение опции name хотя разрешенными считаются опции n и app-name и с этим падаем

Нет. Я иду как прокси в этом вопросе от другого разработчика,
и не имею возможности даже единоразово запустить ОПМ
после исправления, не говоря уже о том, чтобы покрыть тестами.
