I am trying to run scorer and realized that it requires a CSV file. I don't see an example or docs for this.

https://github.com/ossf/criticality_score/tree/main/cmd/scorer#development

I saw in theREADME that the CSV is the output of collect signals, but collect signals requires a lot of infrastructure which makes it harder to run.

Could you please give me an example so I can run scorer?
