       apply  https://raw.github.com/padrino/padrino-recipes/master/plugins/coderay_plugin.rb
      insert    Gemfile
      insert    Gemfile
      insert    app/app.rb
      create    lib/coderay_initializer.rb

  The template at https://raw.github.com/padrino/padrino-recipes/master/plugins/coderay_plugin.rb could not be found!

The CSS file is not available under the location and gitrepo has changed.
