Bumped bindgen up a bit since there was a conflict in the name resolution with the old version of bindgen, the new version of julea and libclang on my system. See rust-lang/rust-bindgen#2312. |

Took some time, but another bump to the msrv due to the bindgen update was necessary. We can rebase now. |
