In use-ink/cargo-contract#523 I have used
PolkadotExtrinsicParamswhich is just an alias forBaseExtrinsicParams<T, PlainTip>.However my target chain is not a polkadot node so this is a misleading name, I would rather use ``BaseExtrinsicParams<T, PlainTip>` directly.
Note the alternative to this would be to rename the aliases to something like
BaseExtrinisicParamsWithPlainTipandBaseExtrinsicsParamsWithAssetTip.
