Running Zombienet via Nix

 nix run .# --show-trace --print-build-logs  -- spawn examples/0001-small-network.tom

good

• builds all in isolated reproducible environment
• during run provides all env deps (no need to install and version manually)

bad

• bad support for workspace repo feat(npm): buildNpmPackage to aling with NPM specification and implementations for copying files NixOS/nixpkgs#219673 (need to maintain manually)

I am ok with fixing nix each time zombienet adds new member. Anyway I update already nix in our repo.

Hi @dzmitry-lahoda, looks good!! We should also add some docs to our Readme/mdBook about this option for install/use zombienet.

@pepoviola let me use this sandboxed flake in our repo, and then will provide docs. (now we are on non sandboxed hacks on old version).
