Server version: Apache/2.4.18 (Debian)
PHP 5.6.20-1

Using the install wizard, selecting postgres in the "Database Parameters >>" tab doesn't 'stick'. Once selected, clicking 'next' to go to the "Setup (1/2) >>" tab will load the parameters from the mysql selection, causing the database connectivity to fail.
