Support the auto-reload and page follow options as part of BrowserSync support

With live-reload shipping with pl node when run grunt serve, this option doesn't make much sense.

Make sure you clean up any old PHP stuff that might be lingering

I've changed my mind on this one - I'd like to keep these options in some way, and will incorporate their next iteration as part of #103
