Customize Select Labels - UX Problem

Hello,
I am new in Payload CMS and I am exploring it to develop an app.
I came across with an obvious UX problem, selects are unusable. When I create a field of type relationship between two types of contents, I find this issue when I am creating a new register.

The same problems with richText fields:

Nobody could use a select like that.

I guess, Payload's developers already considered it and there would be an easy solution. But, I couldn't find it in the Payload's robust documentation.

How can I customize it?

Hey, this looks like something is missing in your collection config.

Have you set admin.useAsTitle to the name of the title field in the article collection config?
